Ok, I got through this day. I was in the dentist chair for three and a half hours! Face rape! She was going to replace one crown, but ended up doing two. One had a root canal previously and the other does not. I was scared! So far, so good. The tooth without the root canal is doing ok. I go back in two weeks for the permanent and she will start another one. That will be another long appointment. I did not take the meds she offered me. So grateful that I was able to make that choice! I came home to puppies and Ryder. My day was busy with them. I was not patient with Ryder and he was having a very hard time with that. Tomorrow I will hang out and be kind to him. I need to make amends and he does not understand words. I ended my day at TF at the newcomer meeting. We had a good crowd. Heard a good chair and got some good messages. After I got to hang out with some friends on the porch. Very relaxing! Thank you God!!! Grateful!!!
