Ok I hardly ever rant on Facebook but really people, really, cmon... Check it out, 2 young people (obviously younger than me) park in a handicap van parking spot at walmart in a normal car, granted there is not many people here at 10:49 pm...with plenty of open spaces!...but then they sit and talk by their car after they come out of walmart together and put there stuff in the trunk and they are jumping around and having fun and smoking, both do not appear to be handicap at all. I hope there was something I missed because thats disrespectful. They checked out behind me and appeared to be normal crazy teens. Ok that is all.
