Ok I have a very legitimate question. According to the news Obama had the right without approval of congress to release terrorists if he had less then 30 days to negotiate. My question: this deserter split in 2009 and apparently held at a minimum of 3 years...Im sorry how does 30 days enter this?? Next: since this guy is a deserter why would we negotiate anyway and release terrorists? We didnt do anything for those at Benghazi so why him? Im really confused on this. I thought we did not do that? Doesnt he have to be tried as a deserter, if not why? He deserves a court martial and a permanent stay at military prison (cant think of name) Id really like to know if someone knows additional information other then the news and what is written? Im not asking for smart, dumb remarks...does anyone have a correct informative answer that I have not heard?
