Ok I kept my mouth shut about this but no more. Jess was arrested for failure to appear for a court date August 11 I think. She was in a hospital for seizures and mental illness. The lawyer and Po both had letters from the hospital but the hospital didnt explain why just that she was in hospital! Shes been in jail under 75,000 dollar bond. Her court date was yesterday. I sat in superior court from 2 till 4:30 before anyone let me know they werent doing her case that day. I cant talk to her, her kids cant talk to her. Lock her up for violation if probation but not for being in a hospital.kids dad gets out two days before school starts sees them one time Sunday after hadnt called to talk to them till yesterday. Its time to pick be a part of their life but quit playing them like a yo yo. All it is doing to them is hurting them more. They have me, Chris Chris Chappell my mama and my sister Vicki Lynn who had MS broke both ankles can hardly walk is diabetic. How bout telling me why you dont have time for them. And no we aint doing it on a school day cause thats homework eating and bath then its bedtime. Make up your mind one way or the other but I am not accepting this every now and then. Dam this day sucks out loud. Jess Lawyers office said Lawyer not able from no bodys business but count on Thursday sept 11. Go figure. I dont like to ask for nothing for me but pray cause yall know me and I call out wrong and if I gotta do right then the people making me obey rules better obey the rules they demand I obey!
