Ok, I moved from old, run down farmhouse with a basement with little furry critters, bugs, spiders, millipedes, salamanders & who knows what. I moved into a 30 year old well insulated ranch house. Like all houses this time of year it gets crickets. I went down to vacuum them up since the guy is coming tomorrow to check the furnace. Laying beside the drain is a little snake! I found a 2x4 & killed it. But this freaks me out! Im not supposed to have snakes in this house!!! And yes, its still laying there. Sorry furnace guy, it probably will be there in the morning unless Scott goes & gets it, which isnt likely since he hates them worse than me!!
