Ok, I need some suggestions from you health eaters out there. Our house struggles to get a lot of fruits and veggies in our diet because: 1) Adam doesnt like many fruits/veggies, 2) We both have full time...sometimes MORE than full time jobs, 3) We end up having to eat on the go a lot, 4) Im not good with many recipes or exotic ingredients, 5) We do not have a deep freeze, thus cannot freeze much, and 6) Whenever we DO buy some, it usually goes bad before weve finished it. I need some advice! We both really need to cut our sweet and salt intakes, but how do you do that when you both work full time and weird hours? Anyone have suggestions? How can we keep our family eating healthy and getting good nutrients?
