Ok, I now share a message of love. It is a different kind of love with Eddy Kenzos video which I will re-entitle Love Made in Jinja. Here is my own interpretation of events behind the love story in this music video. The reason for re-naming it @ Love Made in Jinja’ is because the love scene was set in Jinja, in 1978. I love the love theme in it, the beat and the music instruments are phenomenal. To me, this special love that starts in Muna Bar on Iganga Road where a love struck non-MuSoga young man (Eddy Kenzo) is lighteningly struck by the beautiful MuSoga bartender girl. As he tries to pull all his swagga moves and sweet talking, to get the attention of the girl and into his web of love, it would appear like it is a lost cause. With so many henchmen around the girl, it would appear like he would never win her heart. He plays it cool, waits patiently until an opportunity comes for him to make the killer strike and follows the girl outside as she goes to serve outside customers. He eventually wins her over and their coupling ends up in a romantic slow waltz dance in Kakira Sugar Plantation. The rest is history, as they say. He found a wife as he proclaims in Swahili, towards the end. The moral of the story to love one another. Let’s make love not war. In love we will find harmony and we will help the next Kyabazinga generation love one another. It does not matter which kind love as long as it love.
