Ok, I posted yesterday about the Project 10 Challenge. Yes it is a shake replacement meal. There are other supplements as well, a crunch cereal. However, it is not just the shakes that are part of this challenge you do have to exercise in some sort of way. I workout with a personal trainer at a Pierce twice a week, but I also do stuff on my own. I am preparing and training for a 5K Color Run in Tacoma in Aug. I want to be able to power walk this run and survive. I have weight to loose and muscle to gain along with stamina and better health. The Body by Vi is nutritious with less than 1gr of sugar and 12gr of protein and 90 cal for 1 12 oz shake (along with more nutrition). This is what Im doing for me and in no way am I suggesting you do it. However, if you want I am up for accountable partners for sure. JS
