Ok I sympathize with furloughed Federal employees ..but here is the thing: these 800,000 fedreral workers cant be sitting around at home scratching their balls all day long. if you ask me I d say let all the furloughed Federal employees come out and use this spare time to do some community service..when was the last time federal employees did anything for free for this country? huh?..... I dont even understand this whole concept of "if you dont pay me I wont go to work for my country"..where is the patriotism here? why is it called public service?..Has anybody sat down to calculate the amount of hours I work for free for this country to pay federal taxes so that Federal employees can be paid?.. its like 18 hours out of the 40 hours. have I jumped off a cliff? No..I just shut up, suck it up and go to work with little or no complaints..I agree that federal employees ought to be paid for their services but it doesnt mean that once the pay isnt here like ASAP all the doors should be shut.I also treat some Medicare patients. but I am not closing my doors on them just because federal govt has shut down..
