Ok I understand that we are constantly shifting, and that we can easily shift to which ever parallel reality we chose, AND that we do it automatically, but at 0:53 in the video he talks about how to notice the change/shift by creating a bigger difference in the current reality then the one before. He does not tell us how, this is my question... what is the best way for us to create such a difference that we ARE able to notice in greater detail that we are doing this?
