Ok I was in court today, had yet another judge! He said we need to settle and not go to trial because we will loose!!! My lawyer sat there and DID NOTHING!!! She is not trying to fight for us at all! Kids lawyer says they want to stay at the grandparents!!! MY KIDS ARE CRYING THEIR EYES OUT TO COME HOME!!!! We told them NO we are not settling and want trial. Grandparents want to keep the kids as they get MONEY!!! Just talked to someone who had our lawyer as hers and we found out she did not nothing for her at all and is a DRUNK!! She has not called our witnesses yet, put any evidence in yet, and told us she cant put any in as its now to late to add anything. Trial starts Feb 13th. Our QUESTION IS, can we get a different lawyer threw legal aid or is it to late? They also said our 12 and 15 year old will not be going as they are to young! I want them heard, WHAT SHOULD WE DO!!!!??????? PLEASE HELP!! Been 4.5 years of this, getting no ware. Judge said its to late to have them back as its been so long.
