Ok I will start. My infamous Curry Chicken recipe. 1 Rotisserie Chicken 2 cups of milk 1 cup of cream 1 pkt Maggi mushroom soup 1 pkt Maggi onion soup 2 tbls curry powder Take all meat off chicken Put aside in casserole dish In pot put milk, cream and soups Bring to boil and simmer for 5 mins stirring constantly Take off boil and add curry powder Mix together and add to shredded chicken in casserole dish Cook for 25 mins at 180 degrees Serve with rice, roti and raita
