Ok, Im going to share something very personal here (as if I have not already been doing that for the last 15 months since Kaitlyn took her life). I went online last night and looked up psychologists that have experience with working with someone that has lost someone they love to suicide. I found a lady, a psychologist and very reputable in Wilmington. I checked on my Insurance and lo and behold she is covered on my insurance. I emailed her my situation and she called me this morning. I have an appt for next Monday. SOMETHING has to give here because I am suffering from horrible complicated grief that I can find no or very once in a while minimal relief. Anyone I saw at the beginning after Kaitlyn died....I found no help from and they picked out my counselor. This time Ive researched and picked out my own that actually has experience in dealing with this horrible nightmare that I live in every second of my life. This is my last ditch effort. I hope it works. Im going to try very hard.
