A nice hard back old fashion book! *For my body I will do 33 burpees, squats, hollow rockers and a 1min plank everyday! *For my appetite I will commit to PALEO till the DHT! (Excluding an occasional glass of wine or tequila on the rocks!) 😉 This new commitment begins 7/1 Structure is key to success! MFP here I come! Time to log for 33 days of good clean foods!
