Ok, Ive been given the number 9, so let me try to think of 9 things some or most do not already know about me. 1) I play the piano. My grandma started teaching me when I was 6. 2) I have a problem with organization, but being a wife and mother to a house full of males has forced me to overcome it. 3) I had a son before Weston, when I was 20, and placed him with an adoptive family. He is 11 now and we ran a Run for God 5k together this past June. 4) I love music of all kinds, but some of my long-time favorites are heavily influenced by what my dad listened to when I was young...Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin, Journey, Lionel Ritchie, and Kenny G 5) Growing up, I always looked up to my brother and wanted to impress him, or at least not embarrass him. lol 6) Almost everything in my house is in the tan/brown color family. (except at Christmas) 7) I LOVE very large, very established trees. I have over 20 trees of some kind as part of my decor on a regular basis, and even more around holidays. There is a corner lot up here that has 3 huge rounded oaks in the middle of a field and I have told Houston for years that I want to buy that property to build a house by those trees. Whenever we have bad storms and I see trees down, I take a little detour to check on those. lol It really bothered me when Soddy Elementary rebuilt and cut all those old trees down too. 8) When I was a little girl, I compared all men to my daddy, and I remember getting very sad and voicing my concern to my mom that I would never be able to find a husband that was as good as him. 9) When I was single, one of my favorite things to do was fill up my gas tank, turn up my music, and just drive for hours. Thats what Houston and I did for the majority of our dates before we were married with kids.
