Ok Just got a call from my Drs office concerning Blood work, not a pleasant call, but I guess I kinda had a clue with all the sweet tea and cookies I have been eating, along with my cuban/french Bread addiction, but my A1C number went up to 6.2, from 5.9 and even though my Cholestral is down to 235 from 260, he still wasnt happy, so I guess its that bad word time DIET ! how I hate that word !!! any suggestions FB friends & Family. Yes I know the obvious cut down on the sweets and bread by anything working for anyone out there ? I have a apt on the 27th with the dr, to go over all of the bloodwork, so I am sure there will be the lecture !!! not a pleasant Monday !!!
