Ok Lisa Head, this is for you. You gave me the number 9 -nine things people may not know about me. 1. I almost died in Moscow, Russia while showering alongside a live electrical wire. Yes, the wire was exposed in the shower at elbow level. 220 voltage, no fun. 2. My foot was miraculously healed in Moscow on another trip. Father Luke Newington from Australia was leading a healing service for the locals. He said, Whoever has an infection on the right foot, step forward, God wants to heal you. After I stepped forward, I was healed instantaneously. On another occasion, God healed my neck/back in Steubenville, Ohio after the heads up from the same priest. 3. I have degrees in Theology and Christian Ministry, Biology, Chemical Engineering Technology and almost completed one in music. 4. I spent two months in Siberia with Father Robert Bradshaw who brought the Legion of Mary to Russia for his best friend, Frank Duff, who by the way is on the path to canonization. 5. While working for a pro-life organization, an elderly man whose years of pro-life witness meant so much to me died while we were speaking on the phone. He had just reminded me of the importance of the mission. 6. I once was a part time house mom at a girls home and emergency shelter. 7. I loved performing as a young child and continued until I was 26 years old. 8. I have travelled to Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Ukraine, Moscow, Siberia, then Czechoslovakia, Germany, England, Scotland, Wales, Italy and Austria. 9. I had Legionnaires disease in my early 20s - close to death. When you are 106 degrees, you dont care about the death factor. 10. I decided to add a 10th. I have met some amazing people of faith and prayer in my life. Their presence changed me forever and encouraged me in my personal relationship with Jesus, the Holy Spirit and God the Father. They evangelized me to the point of no return. I will forever be indebted to those in the past and the people of faith in the present -my husband included -who continually draw me to the Lord and keep me on the narrow road.
