Ok MCE parents.... Here we go- Crossfit Unloaded will begin TONIGHT and TOMORROW night this week! There are no bars or heavy lifting, Mostly body weight and interval training and if you have a yoga mat please bring them with you! It is $5 per class! Class tonight and tomorrow evening will run from 7:15-8:15pm with Elissa Formosa! For the first week tonight and tomorrow it is FREE!!!! Starting next week -For just $5 get a good work out in while your athlete practices!!!!! You can sign up at the front desk! Cant wait to see this!
