Ok Mafia, this has been bugging me. John Kivel posted this little question in a previous post, but I think it got buried in whatever that thread was about. What do the letters on the manhole stand for? Obviously, the name of the band as well as the state they are from are on there. But what do the other letters stand for? John never gave it up and I cant find anything on Google or Wikipedia. The letters look to be SMBFTVCC, although the last two letters could be OO.
