Ok Mark McDonnell has nominated me to reveal 7 little known facts about myself here goes..... 1. I fractured my skull when I was 3 and was unconscious for a week.Ever since Ive had no sense of smell.But people persist in saying What nothing at all?, shoving things under my nose and saying Surely you can smell that ?. I dont know why they are so amazed or dont believe me !? You dont shove a book in someones face who has lost their sight and say What you cant read any of this? or someone whose lost the nerves in their spine or legs, But you can run a wee bit though eh?.Anyway thats why I like curries and strong smoked flavours and different textures.. 2. Contrary to popular opinion my favourite drink is milk.I love it and drink litres of it.So my tummy is actually a milk belly.....honest ! 3. I am addicted to libraries and bookshops and always have a book on my person wherever I go;its my wee security blanket. 4. I have a phobia about certain size of buttons,beads and pearls....dont ask...(shudder) 5. I once spent St Patricks day getting pissed with The Pogues,Gary Newman and Kathy Burke ! 6. I was the youngest person ever in Scotland to have a joint tenancy of a council house with my brother. 7. My Gran and brother told me; when I was first at primary school, that The Beatles had been to our house for lunch.They were all waiting to meet me;especially Ringo,but couldnt wait any longer so had to go;they were picked up in a big white Rolls Royce apparently.They told me this because I was always late home for lunch as I was always daydreaming and dilly dallying.I was distraught and went back to school and told everyone, and was never late again. I believed this for years !!!! And I hate Paul McCartney ! As a final footnote fact,one of the funniest nights of my life was sharing Mark McDonnells bed and us both giggling all night both pretending to be George Takei ; Mr Sulu from Star Trek. Hysterical !
