Ok, Mavahi peeps! On our way home from Va. Beach, Mom and I stopped at the Southampton football stadium to take a pic at the location of one of the greatest upsets in high school football history. The 79 Dawgs broke Southamptons 69 game winning streak on their home turf. Mom wanted to get a pic for Carey Carter, who has written a book about this infamous game/season. We laughed and called out to the Coach, Were here! With my hand on my heart, these are the photos. No flash, no alterations. In the last shot, we asked Dad if it really was him in the first pictures to NOT show up in the last...and he didnt. The strangest part is the final picture, which is the cover that Carey used for the book. It was like Dad was acknowledging it and nearly recreated the shot with Mom in it. Rock on, Coach and Go Dawgs!
