Ok, My neighbor is out at Black Expo and her son, and his friends were standing outside talking loud.. Police came and search them and had them sitting on the ground.. I came outside ask police what is going on. They said noise disturbance. I sad are they under arrest. Police said NO, AND Who are you?.. Im A CONCERNED CITIZEN, NEIGHBOR,FRIEND, PARENT, AND ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY WANT TO CALL IT.. The Police said oh ok, and let the boys up off the ground.. SMH. Im not neighborhood watch, but im going to keep a eye on these young kids like there my OWN... Tired of the bullshit.
