Ok, Neil deGrasse Tyson in the second episode is comparing our intelligence with the chimp and making the statement or conclusion, that the 1% difference between the chip and us makes it clear that we wont be able to talk to other life forms. He isnt quite right. Genetic difference between the chimp and us is about 1% no problem there. But its not that 1% that makes us smarter. That is where he is wrong.
