Ok... Probably the wrong time of day and even the wrong day, and Ill probably have to ask again come the new year, but... All my life Ive struggled with my weight, Ive made a conscious decision that in the new year Im gonna try n do something about it, in the main part I actually eat pretty healthy, but I know where I can change my food, so its down too exercise... Im gonna try n get some miles on my push bike, but that doesnt seem to help loose the flab, so I guess my only other option is the dreaded gym, Ive tried before but I always feel intimidated by all the Sport Billys or Mr Universes however this time I really do need to have something in my life so seems a good bet. Question is I need a exercise regime, not bothered about build muscle just wanna loose the copious number of spare tyres. Any ideas where to look for a decent workout routine I can realistically do? I know times Ive been before Ive just aimlessly just gone from one machine to another not really having a clue... Or even better can anyone gimme an idea what I should be doing? I cant afford a PT. Hence the questions on here.
