Monday 7 until 8 Beginner Class 8 until 9.30 All Belts Tuesday 7 until 8 All Belts 8 until 9 No Gi Wednesday 6 until 7.30 sparring class Thursday 7 until 8 Beginner Class 8 until 9.30 All Belts Friday 7 until 8.30 All Belts Sunday 9am Sparring class Monday to Friday This can be morning or Midday depending on what you guys want in the beginning 1hr of submission and sweep drills daily. These classes are to perfect the basics and leave the class without pushing your limits so your body remembers the movements. 14 classes a week to start.
