Ok Roane county friends. Im putting out feelers for a rental house in the Kingston/Midtown school district (Cherokee and RCHS are desired). Ideally 3 or 4 bedrooms and at least 1.5 baths. MUST accept pets. A fenced yard is a huge perk. Even better if its in an area where Charter or Comcast is available. Ive checked Zillow and the Roane County News, but havent found much. I do not want a lake home, Im not rich. $600/month or so would be wonderful, but no more than $800/month. Ive had my two cats for over 10 years. Theyre declawed and fixed and Ive never had a destruction problem with them. Ive had LB for 4 years (I think) and Zoey for 2. I know they arent animals that do their business in the house or destroy things. Theyre all indoor pets and I can provide rental references for them. Would also consider Knoxville or Oak Ridge if the school system is a good one. Needing to eventually move closer to my new job. Please let me know if you see anything. Thanks!!
