Ok, Save-A-Pet Followers...if you are on Facebook, you probably have all heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge...it is almost impossible not to! So...lets try a little spin-off challenge for Save-A-Pet or the animal rescue of your choice just to have a little fun!! Here are the rules: If you are nominated you are required to do one of 3 options within 72 hours: 1. Post a video showing off a trick or behavior that a current shelter cat or dog has learned. No donation required as your time and interaction with them is priceless while they wait for their forever home and the video helps them get exposure for adoption. 2. Post a video showing off a trick or behavior with one of your own pets at home and donate $5 to your favorite animal rescue/shelter. 3. Donate $40 (or more if you are so inclined) to your favorite animal rescue/shelter. (Just $40 can pay for a kitten to get neutered, or a dog to get up to date on all of their vaccines, microchipped, tested for heartworm, and more!) Once you have completed the challenge of your choice, nominate 2 or more friends to keep the chain going. Lets have some fun and give it a try!!
