Ok. Sitting in the lobby of my huusssbbannds hotel waiting for them to finish cleaning up our room. Im reading the paper, hvng a cup of coffee, and a nice family come to ck in the hotel. They hv the cutest little boy n he runs up to where I am n gives me the biggest hug! Then he starts calling me Meemo! His partents apologize to me but I tell them its ok. U see, they said he has never met his grandmother before cuz she wasnt interested, but now that she is ill, she wants her family around. How sad for the child. To think a stranger (and no is stranger than me) is his Meemo n hug me the way he did. So tight. And I hugged him right bk! The mother thanked me. She said her mother in law is not so affectionate. I pray for that beautiful family, n the GOD opens that Meemos heart. Please people, dont wait till its to late to let love in your heart. Till you are to scared to meet your maker that you think one gesture is gng wipe your slate clean. Sorry for this long rant, but it touched home for me.
