Ok. So after 4 years I finally shot my first arrow out of the tree last night. And o...m....g. And although I missed my target....What an adrenaline rush!!! Id say it was a cross between the best drug Ive ever had and being put in the back of a cop car. I have never shook so bad. Couldnt breathe, couldnt move, couldnt talk. It was WAY harder than I thought it was gonna be. My bow seemed 10 xs harder to pull back than usual. There was so much to think about in such a small amt of time. And my God.......the pressure is unreal. Pressure to not miss, pressure of David, pressure to get on the board, pressure to get footage. Wow. I will NEVER forget that moment. And David looks at me and says get another arrow....NOW youre ready. lol. So now Im sitting here this morn......waiting patiently to feel it all over again. Only hopefully Ill be filling a tag this time.
