Ok... So driving my afternoon bus route yesterday near the San Felipe Conservation area, I had the strangest looking cat/raccoon/lemur looking creature cross right in front of me.... I was so taken by it & bewildered as to what it could have possibly been, Ive spent some time doing a little online investigating. I now I believe this to be what is known as a Ring-Tailed Cat, native to Texas and an extremely rare commodity to ever see one in person outside of a museum or zoo due to their nocturnal mannerisms.
