Ok So here it goes, I was honestly scared to do up my measurements because I know I ate more than I should have over the holidays (Hence why I skipped my 5 week measurements, well that and because it was Christmas day) I was absolutely amazed at the measurements as I figured I had stayed the same the last 2 weeks because of my own lack of just saying no It can be so hard. But Thanks to taking my Skinny Fiber as directed I didnt stay the same I still lost even with the added overindulging of the holidays, so imagine if I had said no more often and these results could have been even better. I have yet to buy a new scale so weight loss amount is still unknown as I have been focusing only on my inches for now. Total inches lost all over since my start date of Nov 21, 2013 is 20.5 (3.75 since my last measurements were taken on Dec 18) Meaghan writes....
