Grilled Chicken Thigh with Beet Barbeque Sauce 2 Medium Beets 3 Cloves Garlic 1 tsp Molasses 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp Honey ¼ Cup Water ½ Cup Ketchup ¼ Cup Store Bought BBQ Sauce 2 Tbsp Duffified Spice In a food processor Process All ingredients until smooth Reserve a few TBSP for Sauce after chicken is grilled Toss Chicken & Remaining Sauce in a bowl & Transfer to refrigerator for 2 – 24 hours Braised Kale, Beet & Turnip Greens 1 Bunch Beet Greens, Stem removed 2 Bunches Kale, Stem removed 1 Bunch Turnip Greens, stem removed 4 Cloves Garlic Crushed 1 Pinch Crushed Chipotle flakes 1 Large Onion Diced ¼ cup Apple cider Vnegar 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 1 Tsp Dijin Mustard 2 Tbsp Olive Oil ½ # Smoked Turkey neck or Smoked Turkey Wing (dice some of the meat) Salt & pepper Add Oil to a Dutch Oven Add onions & Garlic & sweat for 3 Minutes Add Smoked Turkey diced & bones Add greens & braise for 20 – 30 minutes Add remaining ingredients & Season with Salt & pepper Cook for an additional 25 – 35 minutes & prepare to serve
