Ok Strat fans I need some advice. My daughter has 5th grade class project to build a musical instrument and wanted to do a guitar. Fortunately I have enough parts around to put one together. I did splurge on a purple pick guard. For pickups I have around some used played hard SD Antiquities, old played hard Peter Florance 50s, and some new B&R 56. B&R is a little company that I stumbled upon and put a set of their 62 model in a guitar and WOW they are probably the top dog pickups in my house. So what should we try out? Anyone have any experience with the SDs or PFs?
