Ok, TEAMMATES, I WILL BE BOLD ENOUGH TO BEGIN THE #WELLNESS #CHALLENGE. I WILL NOT DISCLOSE MY CURRENT WEIGHT, (TODAY), BUT WILL DO SO LATER IN THE WORK-OFF. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AT LEAST 25 PLUS IN THIS THREE MONTH PERIOD. ID LIKE TO TONE AND ADD MUSCLE.... WOULD EXERCISE THE 80/20 RULE, AS FAR AS, EATING RIGHT 80% OF THE WEEK AND ALLOWING FOR A SPLURGE OR TWO, IF I DESIRE. I WILL EXERCISE AT LEAST 5 TIMES PER WEEK FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR TOTAL FOR THE DAY. MY PRIMARY TARGET AREAS ARE ARMS, ABDOMEN, WAIST AND THIGHS. WISH ME SUCCESS!!!!!
