Ok... This is my Intro A ride. INTRO A level! I realize there are many things that need work and I understand all of the judges comments. I am very happy with this ride based on where we are vs where we were. My only question is as it relates to her comment about making the flat walk and medium walk more distinguishable. I put the entire test out there so you can get a feel for my horses speeds in general. She was was in high gear and it took a lot to hold her together- she was never light. Consequently her bending and balance suffered and I am leaning forward. These are all things we are working on. Also, she has no free walk to speak of so you will see pretty much no transition from the medium walk to the free walk. The real question is, what do I need to do to the medium walk to show a better transition? I can see it, but apparently it is not enough in a dressage arena. I really want to learn and progress.
