Ok all how is everyone. So the weather has got a little chillier and it is really essential to make sure if you are exercising that you warm up and cool down correctly. Remember no static stretches prior to exercise use dynamic stretches after about 5mins of either the treadmill, rowing or biking. Then use dynamic stretches while progressing into your workout. Just remember your muscles are like cold blue tac .you need to warm it up before you start working with it. For any dynamic stretches look up on line for more detailed exercises. This will help improve your training and help stay injury free.
