Ok apologies upfront as there will be a few videos. But for those that have asked me for other exercises I do to develop pressing strength that relates to grappling etc , these videos are directly for you. I recorded 8 different exercises today, unfortunately my phone fell over or outright froze, which means no footage. First up was a slight decline bench press. I have used the leg support as it puts more emphasis on pressing from a closed guard type position. I did 8 sets of various weight and reps, this is the last set of this exercise
