Ok, as I was eating my dinner earlier, (chicken thigh & drumstick with taters & gravy from KFC) I came across the bizarre bone on the drumstick that I never could figure out what purpose it actually served... After all, G_d created this chicken and every bone, joint, blood vessel etc has to have a purpose, right? I pulled the small bone away from leg bone and cleaned it off so that I could get a better look at it... I studied it for a minute or two, turning it over and over trying to figure out why the Creator Almighty put this bizarre bone in His Chicken... I was about to say, oh forget it, Who cares? A lightbulb turned on above my head when it suddenly dawned on me what this little bones purpose was!!! If you look at the bone, on one end you have a place to put your thumb and another finger on the other side to hold it... Then on the other end, the bone is slightly sharpened... This bones purpose is not for the chicken... Its for the human who is eating the chicken!!! After eating the chicken, take that little bone and grasp it at the bottom... You can then proceed to clean in between your teeth with it! The chicken has a built in tooth pick!!!! So, if youre anything like me and have been curious about this bizarre little bone that seemed to have no purpose, you can rest easy now... Its a bloody toothpick!!! Matthew was so kind as to be my toothpick model as to demonstrate the proper usage of the drumstick toothpick! Arent you glad I cleared that up? ROFLMBO
