Ok back from all the running. Took the poor puppy to vet so they could give us a report to turn into police. Vet said that they either used a razor blade or scissors to cut off her ears, and that she was very emaciated from not being fed or given any water. He is typing up a report and will to testify in court if we need him to. Now that we have this report we are hoping it can be changed from a misdemeanor charge to criminal charges. Picking up and turning report and photos over to police tomorrow. There is so much more I want to say about this jerk but it will not be pretty and I am trying to keep my composure so I can get as much justice for this baby that I can.
