Ok before I sleep I want to quickly share the changes, the DRAMATIC changes in me since I became a vegetarian, and 90% vegan, 100% MOST days..I am still struggling sometimes, and want to be honest...here we go: 1. I have lost excess weight, and KEPT it off. I am eating MORE as I am training too, but have always been into keeping fit. The difference since I cut out animal protein in my diest however is monumental... 2. Better mood and no temper. I am able to stay calm, when before I would fly off the handle. My hormones must be more in balance for sure. I find I sleep better, and my spirits are high. Obstacles that daunted me before are no longer something to run from, but something I KNOW I can overcome. TRUE STORY. 3. Better digestion. It took a while, but now I feel I am operating with regards to my organs, at full capacity. I feel great! 4. I have Iron Overload - Iron Disease (diagnosed earlier this year). I have excess iron and ferratin in my blood. Turning vegetarian has reduced the amount of phlebotomies I have needed, and my blood has been in the normal range for over 4 months now. This is amazing! 5. I feel better emotionally, and in my head. More focused and a clearer memory. I could never be resposible for eating something I could not kill myself, and honestly, these days I cant kill a coackroach...mospquitoes are my only exception. I have NO RIGHT to take a life, any life. This has in turn helped me emotionally as I dont carry guilt anymore, nor is my head in the sand expecting OTHERS to do the dirty work for me, the slaughter and the butchering, and me just come in and take it all nicely packaged up. Those days are gone! 6. More energy. I have so much energy it is ridiculous. Anyone who says you need lean animal protein to get fit is bullshitting you. Look at all the Vegan athletes and even UFC fighters. It takes a man apparently to hunt, it takes a REAL MAN to allow life to be free. That is the man I want to meet....that is the HERO to me. This is my story. I am happy to talk to you more personally should you be interested to try to be a vegetarian...not just for animal rights reasons, but for your health reasons too. Please feel free to PM me any time for more details on my experience so far #peacetothebigblue #bornfree #wildandfree #mothernature #vegatarian #vegan #earthlings
