Ok blood Work Back...For 6 months I have went about 85% chemical free w/ the kids.. If u cant grow it, make it or pronounce it.. we didnt touch it.. Kids all ROCK!! ME: lost 55 pds, heaviest, 262..now 207....Triglycerides: b4 222-now:171, dwn 51 pts, Total Cholesterol: b4 281-now 223, dwn 42 pts. ALL my other number are down almost 50%!! This is a lifestyle change not a diet.. But I am half way through to a healthier weight and body.. Still like my dark beer, martinis and wine occas!! I said 85%!!!! Old soldiers.... dang I will add new pics..new remodeled farm house too!!
