Ok day #4 of this I dont know how much more I can take or what to do.... my blood pressure averages 106/58 usually which for some may seem low but for me thats average!!! BUT for the last 4 days my bp has been through the roof causing me massive migraines cant sleep can barely eat.... tuesday was 140/92... weds 142/94.... last night 144/93.... today at work 153/89!!!! My head is killing me again my wars r ringing what can I or should I do?!?!
