Ok everyone just a quick update on whats gone on today Laura Purple Platypus Duck has had a Marstons Enforcement Officer Mr Smyth at her address today to attempt to clamp her Mobility Car which under the new guidelines these people cannot do, they also have to retreat if they identify vulnerable circumstances as well and as Laura suffers from fits under stress i phoned the guy and asked him to come away from the property and deal with us later in the afternoon, he was even sent a Text by Laura to say he could deal with us But Mr Smyth is intent on trying to force his way into a property so as you can see from the phone calls and that he is not interested that he could of put this person in danger or aggravated any one of her medical problems. So on behalf of Laura today we have taken our first case on which is going to allow us to put a complaint on behalf of her to Marstons and show them the evidence we have given them 48 hours to reply if they dont we will take the matter further as they have embarrassed the courts with there actions today so we will keep you updated on what is happening with this as it happens. https://youtube/watch?v=3tyBtpJ8tWk
