Ok fellow lovers of all things Munising, I must confess that I have not yet sent in my donation for the fund to help some really special folks from my hometown have a cool Christmas. And, as I read the comments, it seems quite a few are like me....well tomorrow is the day mine will be in the mail. I will be sending cash (I did last year and it got to Karen just fine) because I dont want to add any more work to Karens plate. I figure, its the least I can do (get an envelope and a stamp, insert the cash and send it off to Karen) during this busy time of the year and it will take maybe 15 minutes out of my day. The reason this thing worked so well last year (and its why we all felt so good to be involved) is because it was easy, simple, took little time and didnt break our banks! We asked for at least a buck! Many of us sent more. If each of us sent $1 this year we could have $2500 to help spread some Christmas Cheer in the town we love! So come on guys and gals, reach into your pocket and pull out a dollar! Get an envelope and a stamp and send it now! I wish I could explain how I felt last year as this was taking shape! I know Karen , Kathy and Ron felt the same.....just cant explain how good it felt...I want to feel it again! Join me! Wont you? Tom
