Ok fight fans I am closing in on Sep. 20th I mean the time is flying by really fast and we are ready to put on an awesome event for the public of Springfield, MO. we are bringing boxing back the Old School way like it use to be around here. lots of non-stop action with good evenly matched bouts and outstanding awards for the kids! First Smittys Mid-West Boxing Gym will travel to my good friend Greg Concholas Boxing event at 6th street Gym on Sep. 13th in Kansas City, KS were we will watch the Mayweather vs. Maidana II fight as well after we get through boxing. Then its back here to Springfield with just a few days til we put on out 4 State Boxing Event at the American Legion Post 639, 2660 S. Scenic St., right here in Springfield, MO. Remember fight fans 30 fights/30 championship belts and plenty of awards at the end of the night. Not to mention some really nice prizes to be raffled off to help raise money for Smittys Mid-West Boxing Gyms Boxing and Educational Program for kids! This is a USA Boxing Fund Raising Event with all money go to the program! So please come out and enjoy some top level amateur boxing for a good cause! ALWAYS READY TO RUMBLE !! Coach Smitty!
