Ok fight fans remember that Smittys Mid-West Boxing Gym is getting ready to start back on Jan. 5th and we will be training harder than ever! KC Golden Gloves will be April 16th - April 18th this year will be the 80th Regional Golden Gloves!! We plan on having several entrees ready to go by then. We also have a boxing event coming up at the whatsoever boxing club in KCMO on Jan. 31st that we will be attending! The JO Box-Off will be in March Venue and days to be announced in a couple of weeks we will have several to enter this as well. The Regionals will be held May 1-2 in Tulsa, OK then the Nationals will be June 8-13 in Charleston West Virginia!! I am counting on 4 of my boxers making this without a doubt this year!!! Smittys Mid-West Boxing Gym is currently trying to workout a PRO/AM event to squeeze in in April right after the KC Golden Gloves or right before for a few of our guys to get some good tune up matches in and exposure here locally and I believe it will come off! Then we will hold another event in August around the 15th at the American Legion Hall 639 again for this years Always Ready To Rumble Event which always brings out good teams from all around the 4 State Area. This event will be called Always ReadyTo Rumble III. Along the way there will be several other USA Boxing events that will come up that we will compete in as well!! So its time to bring the heat and prepare for the ultimate year of boxing in 2015!!! Dont forget all of Jan. you can sign up at Smittys and get a 2 for 1 price!!!!
