Ok first let me say theres definitely room for improvement, there always is no matter who you are IMO. Now I did hit depth but prefer to train myself to hit below depth so I can ensure not missing depth with heavy weight at my meet. We also know I need to work on not letting my hips come up when Im coming out of the hole, along with shooting up a little faster BUUUUUUT with that being said HOLY FREAKING CRAPBALLS I HIT AN ALL TIME SQUAT PR TODAY OF 195 for 5!!!! Thinking I need to reevaluate the goal I wanted to hit at my first meet next Spring of 200 for 1. Im elated, overjoyed, and plan to walk around doing heelclicks all day long (even while grocery shopping with @advancetheline )!!!!! Seriously though I can taste 200 which has been my goal for years now! I want to thank my training and nutrition coach the ever so fab @brianahlstrom who ALWAYS believes I can surpass ANY of my goals and also to my amazing STALLION of a hubby @advancetheline whose been doing the same while watching my form and showing me how to improve all year!
