Ok first place for health members here is the recipe I made for the overnight oatmeal... take canning jars put in 1/4 c of each rolled oats oatmeal, milk, organic vanilla yogurt, fruit of choice (I used frozen blueberries) 1 tsp honey of pure maple syrup 1 tbls. chia seeds let set overnight stir and enjoy... they keep in the fridge for 1 week to a week 1/2 perfect for grabbing and going... our kids love them plus them love to help make them! A large container of vanilla yogurt (I used stonyfield organic) make 8-10 jars
