Ok folks, for anyone following my attempt to interpret these curious photographs, I have some new information. I handed these photographs to a friend of mine who is a physics major and amateur astronomer. She is in contact with an astrophysicist who contracts for NASA and she (and the astrophysicist) are also members of a group with many astrophotographer members. EVERY scientist who looked at these photographs, especially the clearer ones, thinks they are CURIOUS, but, as scientists, they cannot give any definitive conclusion about the observation of the object over the sun due to the following factors: 1. the photograph was taken at sunrise. The angle of sunlight at sunrise and sunset is unique, and can create optical illusions called sundogs, and 2. It was very cloudy when the photographs were taken, and the water vapor (and other elements of clouds/atmosphere) can also deflect light in strange ways, creating optical illusions. However, every scientist, even expert astrophotographers, said it was HIGHLY unusual to see the clouds moving ACROSS THE UNIDENTIFIED OBJECT! Every scientists recommendation was to seek an imagery specialist to determine if the object captured is indeed real, and not an optical illusion. If anyone knows of a specialist or is interested in helping me locate an expert in this field, please contact me. I am dedicated to finding a definitive conclusion as to the analysis of these very curious photographs. Thanks to all who have taken the time to read my long-winded post! Best, as ALWAYS! Jennifer
