Ok folks only four weeks to go before my first big ride. 60miles round the beautiful Cheshire plains with my father-in-law Trevor Morgan. I havent given you all an update for a while, what with Christmas and a couple of chest infections and this cold bloody weather I havent been able to get out properly on my bike however I have been doing what I can when I can on my turbo trainer in the dining room! Im now up to 20 miles on this however its not quite the same as getting out on the road. My weight has stayed pretty constant so Im at just over a stone lost since I started training. Not too bad considering Christmas week. So now for the final push 4 weeks to hit my mileage target, weight target, and charity fundraising target for Lupus uk. I know Christmas may have left you a bit short but please if you can donate on my JustGiving page below (anything at all no matter how small will be gratefully recieved) or if you dont have the cash right now then send me a pm with your pledge and Ill collect it after Ive completed it.
